Course Syncing

A clear indication of the course syncing status will be shown when on the box, but nothing will be shown when on the cloud.

Syncing from the box

Users who created a course on the box can check the data sync status, which is displayed with the following statuses:

Synced

All versions of a course are synced from the box to the cloud.

Partially Synced

At least one version is not synced while another version is synced from the box to the cloud.

Not Synced

There are no versions of a course synced from the box to the cloud.

Syncing from the cloud

No syncing icons will appear for a course when accessed from the cloud.

Ensure that syncing is enabled in Devices to make courses created on the cloud available to the box. For more information, use the link below:
