The File Upload and Scanning Tool will launch (see link below for additional instructions, if needed). Once the scan is successfully completed, the modal can be closed.
Studio users have access to the following listing types:
CLICK on the MAPPACK icon to begin the process to create a MapPack Listing.
The listing creation page will launch with the INFO Tab displayed.
CLICK the UPLOAD button to upload a thumbnail image for the listing. The IMG.LY Image Editing Tool will launch (see link below for additional instructions, if needed).
POPULATE the LISTING NAME field and POPULATE a description of the listing
To upload a 3D Preview, CLICK the UPLOAD button and select a FBX, GLB, or GLTF package.
The file scanning modal will launch. Once the scan is successfully completed, the modal can be closed.
If desired, CLICK the UPLOAD IMAGE button(s) to upload Preview Images.
If desired, CLICK the ADD VIDEO button(s) to upload Preview Videos. Keep in mind only Videos accessible by the Studio Group can be utilized.
CLICK the NEXT button to continue.
POPULATE the LATITUDE and LONGITUDE fields.
Latitude must be between -90 and 90.
Longitude must be between -180 and 180.
Utilizing the dropdown menu for Display Platform, SELECT either WINDOWS (.EXE) or ANDROID (.APK).
If WINDOWS (.EXE) is selected, the user will need to identify which app is required.
CLICK the NEXT button to continue.
CLICK the UPLOAD button to upload the MapPack package.
The file scanning modal will launch. Once the scan is successfully completed, the modal can be closed.
POPULATE the PACKAGE NAME field with the desired package name.
POPULATE the PACKAGE VERSION field.
If there are special installation instructions to use the package, TYPE the INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS in the text field.
CLICK the SAVE PACKAGE button. The new package will be displayed in the ALL PACKAGES table.
Additional packages can be uploaded at this time by CLICKING the UPLOAD button.
CLICK the NEXT button to continue.
The user is required to set platform-wide permissions for all listings using the Permission Wizard tool. Additional instructions can be found at the link below.
Once the Permission Wizard is complete, CLICK the SAVE button to save the listing.
The user will be redirected to the Studio Group homepage, where the new listing is displayed at the top of the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.
To edit a MapPack Listing, CLICK the PENCIL icon found in the ACTION column of the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.
The user can now make desired changes to INFO, SETTINGS, PACKAGES, and/or PERMISSIONS.
Once desired changes have been made, CLICK the UPDATE button to save all changes.
To delete a MapPack Listing, CLICK the TRASH CAN icon found in the ACTION column of the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.
A CONFIRMATION modal will launch. To proceed, TYPE the word DELETE in the text field. Then CLICK the DELETE button.
The listing has been deleted and will no longer be displayed in the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.
