Course Manager is a special type of Portal User who is an Instructor that can create courses, add other instructors, add students, and add other course managers to the course. Course Managers can also view and edit courses and student training content.
The Course Manager user role is assigned by the Course Creator, upon creation of a new course in MOTAR Training.
