Course Evaluation Tool | Listing Type Subcategory

Course Evaluation Tools are a subcategory of the Instructor Tool listing and are used to assess performance based on course and class.

Once the instructor tool is created, the user will no longer have the option to change the instructor tool type.

Create

Studio users have access to the following listing types:

CLICK on the INSTRUCTOR TOOL tile to begin the create listing process.

SELECT the tool type COURSE EVALUATION TOOL, POPULATE all REQUIRED FIELDS, and COMPLETE the PERMISSIONS WIZARD.

Once the user has populated all required fields and SELECTED the SAVE button, the user will be redirected to the Studio Group homepage, where the new listing is displayed at the top of the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table. The new listing will be approved by an administrator and made available on MOTAR Hub.

View & Search

Once the new listing is approved by an administrator, it will be displayed on MOTAR Hub.

Users can SELECT the LISTING to view the detail page.

Course Evaluation Tool Listings will also be displayed in the INSTRUCTOR TOOLS section on the MOTAR Portal.

Coming soon! Course Evaluation Tool Listings will be displayed in the MOTAR Communities Service's Company Showcases.

Edit

To edit an Instructor Tool Listing, CLICK the PENCIL icon found in the ACTION column of the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.

Once desired changes have been made, CLICK the UPDATE button to save all changes.

Delete

To delete an Instructor Tool Listing, CLICK the TRASH CAN icon found in the ACTION column of the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.

A CONFIRMATION modal will launch. To proceed, TYPE the word DELETE in the text field. Then CLICK the DELETE button.

The listing has been deleted and will no longer be displayed in the MY CURRENT LISTINGS table.
