Non-government members (Studio user with observer permission) can access Training for the purpose of class monitoring.
About this Role
Users assigned the Observer role can only access MOTAR's Training Service for the purpose of class monitoring. They can observe the students and their scores, preview the courses, and launch their Studio’s organization applications.
