Register for a MOTAR Account

Users can register for a MOTAR account using their DoD-issued CAC or by contacting MOTAR Support.

MOTAR Account registration instructions are available for two user types:

1. Government Users (Gov Users), which includes:

   • Military Members (Mil)

   • Government Civilians (Gov Civs)

   • Government Contractors (Gov Contractors)

2. Vendors
