About MOTAR-In-A-Box

Introducing MOTAR-In-A-Box (MIAB) – a dedicated environment tailored for MOTAR. This adaptation of the existing platform enables administrators to provision a standalone box within the MOTAR Cloud. The box's settings manager provides seamless control over syncing for devices, offering enhanced flexibility and management.

Local MIAB Configuration

MIAB Settings Managers configure MIAB via the Devices service, with user access granted through Admin.

Course Syncing

A clear indication of the course syncing status will be shown when on the box, but nothing will be shown when on the cloud.

MIAB App Compatibility

Apps are one of the modules that determine whether or not a course will be considered MIAB compatible or not.

Hub Syncing

On the Cloud, Hub listings will be categorized as either MIAB compatible or incompatible and listings created on the box will only display if they have been synched to the Cloud. On the box, only MIAB copatible listings will display.
