Portal | MOTAR Service Overview
Launch and discover applications, tools, and assets all from a centralized location.
The MOTAR Portal is accessible to USAF personnel and is their primary interface to MOTAR. It allows USAF personnel to discover available apps, navigate to MOTAR to access immersive learning and courses, join communities, and connect and collaborate with colleagues all from a single user dashboard.

ONLY Government Personnel have access to Portal since it contains applications deployed from multiple commercial companies.
Foreign Users do not have access to MOTAR Portal
