Unit Training Manager (UTM) Dashboard

About this Service

The Unit Training Manager (UTM) Dashboard provides leadership users access to view the training performance of MOTAR users within their Functional Organization (i.e. squadron). The UTM Dashboard provides Unit Training Managers with complete unit oversight for all MOTAR courses. Unit Training Managers will have the ability to view and search by a specific course or user, select multiple courses, identify objectives, view assigned course status, and track a roster of all students and instructors assigned to their functional organization.


The Unit Training Manager Dashboard is found by selecting "View Unit Page" from the My Org page under the Communities service. The Unit Training Manager Dashboard is then displayed under the Insights service.
The Unit Training Manager (UTM) Dashboard is only accessible by government users that have the Unit Training Manager (UTM) role assigned. Each Functional Organization has its own Unit Training Manager (UTM) and Unit Leadership roles.

Unit Training Manager Role

The Unit Training Manager (UTM) oversees an entire unit, group, or wing's individual training requirements. These requirements could be for a specific training course or annual currency training. The roles and responsibilities of the UTM within MOTAR are to provide complete access and oversight of a functional organization training profile within the platform.

The Unit Training Manager Dashboard is filterable by Course, Objective, and Status.

View Airman Learning Record

From the Unit Training Manager Dashboard, the Airman Learning Record (ALR) for each unit member is viewable by the unit training manager.
